I was born in London, England to Jamaican parents. When I first came to the States to live, I really did not like it. I was not working, no car, no friends and I had to get use to a different way of life. For the first year all I wanted to do was to go back to England. I was living for the first year with my sister, her husband and 2 children. |

I obtained a job working as a Travel Consultant/ Admin. Assistant for the British Virgin Island Tourist Board. I did like the job and was able to visit the British Virgin Islands (beautiful) I then decided, God willing, I would end up retiring there. In the meantime I was always looking out for a Graphic Position with another newspaper because I wanted to get back into that line of work. I am forever reading computer books & magazines, always trying to stay informed. I also spend time at the gym, I feel this helps me to deal with the fast pace of life here in America, everyone needs and outlet and the gym is mine. I have lived here for 4 years and have grown use to America, I have been fortunate to meet other British people and we all get together and meet socially every other month. I was very much interested in designing web pages so in the Summer
of 1997 I attended Foothill College and leant HTML & Web Design
and I am making full use of what I have learnt. |
My other interests are, socializing, reading, working out, buying
software/computer books and learning new things in the field of
Multimedia and Design. At present I am fascinated with 3D Animation
and will be taking a courses in this subject with a goal to obtain
a job in this profession and a career change. |
